1. The Dacorum Heritage Trust "Super 100 Heritage Club" is registered with Dacorum Borough Council.
2. The Lottery will be run in accordance with the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976 and subsequent amendments.
3. All of the proceeds from the Lottery, after prizes have been paid out, will be used by The Dacorum Heritage Trust Limited for maintaining the collections in its care.
4. There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual can hold. Anyone can subscribe to The Dacorum Heritage Trust "Super 100 Heritage Club". Tickets can be purchased at any time throughout the year.
5. Persons under the age of 18 years cannot buy or sell tickets.
6. Ticket numbers will be allocated sequentially as application forms are received.
7. Tickets will be priced at £1 each per monthly draw, or £12 per annum. The minimum subscription term is one year (that works out at less than 24p a week).
8. Payment can be by cash, standing order or cheque (made payable to "Super 100 Heritage Club."). Where there is a renewal date it will be shown on the ticket.
9. Each draw will take place in the week of the second Friday of each month. A board member nominated by the Chairman, or a guest, will make the draw.
10. An independent person will witness all draws.
11. Prizes will be allocated as a percentage of the month's proceeds from all fully paid up tickets.
- First prize 20%, Second prize 10% and Third prize 5%;
- Prizes will be rounded down to the nearest whole Pound Sterling;
- Additional occasional prizes may be allocated at the discretion of The Dacorum Heritage Trust Board;
- Prizes will be paid out by cheque before the end of the respective month.
12. All subscriptions must be paid in advance.
13. Tickets paid for by cash or cheque or standing order will be eligible for entry into the next draw following the month in which monies or instructions are received by The Dacorum Heritage Trust at the Museum Store.
14. Club Members in arrears will not be eligible to take part in a draw until payment has been received in full.
15. Renewal reminders will be sent to members at least one month prior the expiry of allocated number(s).
16. The Dacorum Heritage Trust Finance Manager and Administrative Assistant will administer the Club under the supervision of The Dacorum Heritage Trust Fund Raising Director.
17. Any queries should be sent in writing to The Museum Store or via e-mail office@dacorumheritage.org.uk.
18. Gift Aid will be claimed on all monies raised after prizes and expenses have been deducted if shown on the original application form.
19. Club Members will be notified in advance of any amendments or additions to these rules that should be necessary in the future.
20. Proposed changes to the operating conditions of the "Super 100 Heritage Club" will be agreed in advance of enactment by the Board of The Dacorum Heritage Trust Limited.
21. Any dispute shall be referred to the Hon. Secretary of The Dacorum Heritage Trust Limited for adjudication. This decision will be final.
