Berkhamsted Local History and Museum Society

Until the 5th June: the Berkhamsted Local History & Museum Society has put together a new screen animation and historical display showing the rich heritage of St Peter’s Church Berkhamsted, which celebrates its 800th anniversary this year. Includes rarely seen photographs and new drone footage. Unrivalled chance to learn about the history of the town and of its oldest existing institution. Everyday, 0930 to 1630, St Peter’s Church. FREE.

28 August: The Berkhamsted Local History & Museum Society has a stall at the Berkhamsted Medieval Festival, at the Cricket Club, organised by the Chamber of Commerce.

9 -18th September:  The Berkhamsted Local History & Museum Society is organising over 20 tours and talks around Berkhamsted as part of the 2022 Heritage Open Days series. FREE.
